In a world ruled by demi-gods, humanity lives confined within a massive circular city, its history erased.

The inner rings belong to demi-gods, while humans suffer under cruel rule in the outer rings.Lyra, the weakest heir of the Ashcroft family, survives an assassination attempt and uncovers a forbidden truth about giants.

Recruited by the secretive Giants' Servant, she embarks on a journey to uncover the lost past and ultimately decides to dismantle the demi-gods' rule.

Penguway tells the story of a little penguin named Pengu, who loves adventure.
One day, he discovers a dusty magic book hidden in a corner of his attic. Driven by curiosity, he opens it, only for a snowball-like magical creature to suddenly burst out. The creature introduces itself as “Glint,” a guide.

With Glint leading the way, Pengu embarks on a series of exciting adventures. Along the journey, he also meets many new friends and experiences unforgettable moments.

“Dear Me” is a picture book aimed at middle school students.

The story follows a protagonist who, after experiencing bullying at school, falls into depression and gradually distances herself from everyone around her.

However, through a dream, she encounters her younger self—lively, cheerful, and full of energy. This younger version of her guides her through a series of emotional and symbolic dangers. Along the way, the protagonist begins to recall fragments of her life and realizes that no matter how much she has changed, her mother has always loved and cared for her unconditionally.

In the end, she reconciles with herself and completes a journey of self-healing. The story conveys that, no matter how difficult things may seem, there are always people who love and care about you—you may simply not have noticed. Therefore, no matter what happens, you should never give up on yourself.

“CREATING CHARACTERS, WORLDS, AND STORIES THROUGH ILLUSTRATION.

I'm Lee Chang Zhe (Joseph), a 2D artist and recent Illustration graduate passionate about creating characters and visual stories.
My work spans character design, environment concept art, splash illustrations, posters, and mascot design, developed through academic projects and original IPs including The Giant's Servant and Penguway.

Beyond academic projects, I also created an original picture book and an editorial fashion magazine, exploring visual storytelling, concept development, and editorial design.

As Art Director for our graduation exhibition, I led the overall visual direction, established the art style, and coordinated a student team to ensure a cohesive exhibition identity.

I enjoy creating original characters and worlds, bringing ideas to life through illustrations that combine strong visual storytelling with thoughtful design.
